The Yellow Dog Project

Have you seen a dog with a yellow ribbon tied around it's leash? Owners of dogs who need space started a movement in 2012 called the Yellow Dog Project. They add this ribbon to help easily identify dogs that have fear issues, pain from recent surgery, are new rescues, are in training or service or any other reason that a dog may need his or her space.
